609218-R F5 PML (Poor Man’s Loar)

Signed June, 2009 218th instrument that Hans built, Virginia Red Spruce top, Back, neck, rim: Red Maple, gold James tailpiece & matching Waverly tuners, with Scooped ebony pick-guard, stainless steel frets, 1 3/16″ at the nut, 10″ compound radiused fretboard, ending in a scalloped extension w/faux frets, ‘speed’ neck. Recent fingerboard replacement including the addition of Block Inlays (pics at end of series)

Recent changes:

Truss rod and fretboard replaced, EVO frets w/fretted scooped extension, Tapered fretboard to increase neck angle (per Mike Marshall’s recommendation upon playing it), 15th fret shoulders completed, Gibson Grover tuners, Faux block inaly, Pick guard removed
